By accessing and using DubVoice.ai ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

DubVoice.ai is an AI-powered content creation platform that provides text-to-speech, AI voice cloning, AI video generation, AI image generation, AI music generation, speech-to-text transcription, voice tools (isolation and changer), AI translation, and AI content writing. The Service uses AI technology to generate content based on user inputs.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use our Service, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Security

4. Acceptable Use

5. AI Voice Cloning

5.1 Consent and Rights

By using our AI Voice Cloning feature, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have obtained all necessary legal consents and rights to clone the voice samples you upload or record
  • If the voice belongs to another person, you have their explicit written permission to create a digital clone of their voice
  • You will not use cloned voices to impersonate any person for fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purposes
  • You will not use cloned voices to create content that could mislead others about the identity of the speaker
  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding voice synthesis and impersonation in your jurisdiction

5.2 Prohibited Uses of Cloned Voices

You agree not to use the Voice Cloning feature to:

  • Create deepfake audio for malicious purposes
  • Generate content that defames, harasses, or threatens any individual
  • Produce fake news, misinformation, or disinformation
  • Commit fraud, identity theft, or any illegal activity
  • Clone voices of public figures or celebrities without their explicit authorization
  • Create non-consensual intimate or explicit audio content

5.3 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content generated using cloned voices. DubVoice.ai is not liable for any misuse of the Voice Cloning feature. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms and may report illegal activity to relevant authorities.

5.4 Consent Verification

Each time you use the Voice Cloning feature, you must confirm your consent by checking the consent checkbox. This confirmation is required for every cloning attempt and serves as your acknowledgment that you have the legal right to clone the submitted voice sample.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the text content you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6.2 Generated Audio

You own the audio files generated from your text content. You may use generated audio for personal or commercial purposes, subject to compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.

6.3 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by DubVoice.ai and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Payment and Billing

7.1 Pricing

We offer various pricing plans for character credits. Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to change. We will notify you of any price changes before they take effect.

7.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees.

7.3 Refunds

Character credits are non-refundable once purchased. Unused credits do not expire but are subject to our account retention policies. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues preventing service use.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service unavailability.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DUBVOICE.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DubVoice.ai, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and your data will be deleted according to our data retention policy.
